- The Government wishes to conduct amarket research to refine requirementsto produce the NGC2P system. Theresearch consists of determining if theexisting C2P hardware specified in theAN/UYQ-86 Common Data LinkManagement System (CDLMS)Technical Data Package (TDP) cancontinue to be produced andsupported, and seek vendor potentialsolutions that meet the Form, Fit andFunction (FFF). The potential solutionsshall not involve software changes. Ifa new FFF is proposed, the governmentis interested in the approach to procureand sustain system cabinetcomponents in conformance to MIL-STD-901D. As potential solutions areassessed, the Government isinterested in potential solutions thatminimize the need for GFP.
