- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. The National Park Service(NPS) requires, on a fixed-price with economic price adjustment basis, up to 4,000 gallons of heating oil fuel, up to 2,000 gallons of unleaded fuel and up to 4,000 gallons of AV Gas fuel delivered to Lake Clark National Park and Preserve, Port Alsworth, AK 99653. The 4,000 gallons of heating oil fuel, 2,000 gallons of unleaded fuel the and 4,000 gallons of AV Gas fuel will be delivered to NPS bulk tanks The offeror's quote shall be based on price per gallon. Period of Performance for this requirement is December 15, 2011 through December 30, 2011. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Small business set aside if no responsive, responsible and reasonable offers are received from Small business this Small business set aside will be dissolved The North America an Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 454319. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedure under FAR Part 13; Far Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; Far Part 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-05, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.232-33 and FAR Part 52.216-02 Economic Price Adjustment-Standard Supplies. Payment by electronic funds transfer apply. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to an award being made. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements above at the lowest price.
