- The anticipated timeframe for release of the FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP) for this requirement is late December 2011 (after the Holiday). The anticipated proposal due date is late January 2012. Please note that these dates are estimates and still subject to change. The pre-proposal conference has been changed to a PRE-SOLICITATION conference, the date of December 14th, 2011 remains current, from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM (estimated time) MST. AS A REMINDER - To register for the conference, please submit the information below via email to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Emily M. Marshall at emily.m.marshall.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, Mr. Alex A. Iglesias at alexis.a.iglesias.civ@mail.mil no later than 06 December 2011, 3:00PM MST. In the email subject line, please include "RSVP CTNOSC Pre-Proposal Conference." 1. Individual attendees full name 2. Individual attendees e-mail address 3. Company Name 4. Company CAGE Code 5. Telephone number Late reservations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be accommodated only if seating and processing time is available. Due to the classified nature of this requirement and the disruption of services that would occur, there will not be a walk through at either site location during the pre-solicitation conference.
