Cutting Edge Concrete Services, Inc., a small business, ORO GRANDE CA 92368-9593, was awarded a NTE $4,000,000.00 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for an IDIQ Multi-trade Construction Contract “ Primary Civil at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA installation. Period of performance is for a Base Year of twelve (12) months with two (2) 12 month option periods. This contract was procured as an 8(a) small business set-aside, utilizing negotiation procedures. Only one (1) source was solicited. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA, is the contracting activity (contract number N62473-12-D-4201). This is an Indefinite Quantity Multi-Trade Construction contract for miscellaneous construction, repair, alterations, and maintenance work. The PRIMARY discipline is for CIVIL but also will provide for all other work disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Structural and Architectural. The work under these disciplines are considered in-scope by individual Task order, as assigned. The Work includes furnishing all material, labor, equipment, transportation, and necessary supervision for all assigned Task Orders including, but not limited to performing all necessary testing and repairs and incidental related work.
