- Contracting Office Information: NCO 1, 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Providence has a requirement for services associated with a Merit Review Award research project under the Massachusetts General Hospital directed clinical trial. The purpose of the project is to determine the safety and feasibility of a device. MGH will perform all necessary services including analysis and reporting of clinical data to the FDA for all MGH IRB-related administrative activities. MGH possesses the only team in the world with the measure of experience and specialized skills to support this project. VA intends to only negotiate and award a contract to MGH for these services. A valid Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition exists.
