- This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) only. This Sources Sought, in accordance with FAR 15.201(e),is not a request for proposals (RFP), and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. This is for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be considered as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result. Responses will not be returned. Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) / Acquisition Directorate (AD), seeks to identify responsible potential sources and obtain information regarding, delivery time, and capabilities for those sources who can provide one or a combination of the following: Submittal Information: Provide the DoD the means to increase its minority outreach efforts through visibility at the public Historically Black Colleges and Universities, which will be maximized through a year-long partnership. Engagements will include: •· Speaking opportunities at sponsored recruiting events •· Access to scholars and students during recruiting events, including opportunities to speak at workshops, panel sessions and plenary and other events that provide a high volume of attendees •· Access to Talent Acquisition Program of the top performing students. •· Logo placement in all marketing materials at recruiting events and conferences •· Sole sponsorship of key student events at conferences and events •· Career exhibit space at the Student and Graduate Career Fairs •· Invitations to all sponsored events, including those at the local and Congressional levels •· Speaking, branding and marketing opportunities at events •· Sampling opportunities for promotional materials •· Support from Contractor as the liaison for its member institutions on DoD programs and opportunities for the institutions, including faculty and students. •· Admittance of Senior DoD Officials and ODMEO to events held throughout the year, including seats at the Scholarship Benefit. •· Access to post the DoD logo (electronically and through flyer distribution) during the Career Development Workshops, Seminars, and other events. •· Access to post the DoD seal on partner and supporter's page. •· Opportunity for DoD to provide a roundtable representative at conferences and meetings. •· DoD scholarships, internships and fellowship programs and related opportunities posted on web site announcing internships and scholarship opportunities. Security. No security clearance is required to perform this work. Proprietary Information. The Government will retain rights to all intellectual property and modification to software produced in the course of this project. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, no more than five (5) pages, for your company, your teammates and/or subcontractors. This information should include an estimate on how long it would take to deliver the requested information, the way you can deliver the information (1, 2, 3 or any combination thereof) your Facility Business Clearance (none, Secret, Top Secret), and the business size standard for North American Industry Classification Systems NAICS Code 611710. Please include company name, company address, and Cage Code. Also, please indicate if you, your teammates and/or subcontractors fall under any of the categories listed by the Small Business Administration, i.e. Women Owned Small Business.
