- Sensitive but Unclassified Certification Pre-solicitation notice for the removal of a skylight roof PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. The General Services Administration (GSA) announces the opportunity to solicit for General Construction Contractors to remove a Skylight Roof System and install of a new structural roof system at Gene Snyder U.S. Courthouse in Louisville, KY. Project is required to provide a sound structural roof system for the future installation of a new Courtroom. The existing roof is approximately 4,500sf. This roof system is not adequate to support the new Courtroom. The new structural roof system is intended to serve as the floor when the new Courtroom is constructed. The estimated dollar amount of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Construction completion time is 150 calendar days from NTP.
