- This notice was previously posted under solicitation SPRRA1-11-R-0176. This notice servies as an amendment as stated below: No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHA, ANTIONETTE R. MCCLINTON, Contract Specialist, via email antionette.mcclinton@us.army.mil or CHERI BURTON-CRUTCHER, Contracting Officer, via email cheri.burtoncrutcher@us.army.mil or facsimile 256-955-8601. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX1F0664AX. The purpose of this amendment is to change the requirement from a five (5) year IDIQ to a firm-fixed price, one-time buy. The Government proposes to acquire on a firm-fixed price, one-time buy contract a quantity of 101 each of a DIGITAL COMPUTER, NSN: 1680-01-566-0366, Part Number:30279-0302 applicable to the BE-UH-60 (BLACKHAWK) with deliveries to RED RIVER ARMY DEPOT, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 101 each, 350 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to SIMMONDS PRECISION PRODUCTS, INC. D/B/A GOODRICH SENSORS AND INTEGRATED SYSTEMS, CAGE CODE: 89305. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
