- This document provides the scope of work and requirements for the waste management services at the Glenmont Job Corps. THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY. This position is available starting the beginning of the year and is a one year agreement in which the prices for the services will be locked in until December 31, 2012.
