Description
Non-Disclosure Form The Federal Protective Service, East Consolidated Contracts Group intends to acquire protective security officer (PSO) services at federally owned and leased facilities throughout the state of Georgia via full and open competition. As an integral component of the FPS security effort, the contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports and files necessary to accomplish PSO services throughout the state of Georgia. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 15. It is anticipated that a single award, labor hour, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery (IDIQ) type contract will be established a result of the solicitation. The contract will consist of one, twelve month base period followed by four, twelve month option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612, Security Guard and Patrol Services. The size standard is $18.5 million. The RFP shall require the submission of a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for the issuance of the RFP as well as any updates to the solicitation. All contractors must be registered (http://www.ccr.gov) in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Further, offerors are required to go on-line to the Business Partner Network at http://orca.bpn.gov to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a proposal.
