- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote # RFQEpoxy7A010 is to provide two white coats of ARMOPOXY II Epoxy coating system and one white topcoat of ARMORULTRA with non-skid ULTRAWEAR additve to 225,000 square feet of hangar surface. Brand Name "Or Equal" items are being accepted for this RFQ. If "Or Equal" items are submitted, please provide enough specifications, literature, pictures and warranty information in order for the customer's technical experts to make a fair assessment of your offer. Items shall be delivered to the New Cumberland Consolidation Point in New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Please see attached RFQEpoxy7A010 for full description of the requirement.
