Description

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a base period and two 12-month option periods. The place of performance will be at CPL GORDON M. CRAIG USARC; 915 W. CHESTNUT STREET, BROCKTON, MA 02301-5542. The target start date is 1 Feb 2012. The contractor is to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation and materials necessary to collect and dispose of refuse and recyclables. This acquisition is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562111, size standard of $12.5 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and should be registered with Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation shall be posted on or about 05 December 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov.
