- RFP- Part II RFP- Part I This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in the posting. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HHM402-12-R-0008 is issued as a Request for Proposal. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The NAICS code is 518210 and the business size standard for this NAICS is $25.0 million. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
