- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue Communication Service Authorizations (CSA) to AT&T to continue the operation and maintenance of a telecommunications network that allows full-duplex dedicated voice conferencing directly supporting the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff. The network is used for critical command and control communications between the National Military Command Center (NMCC), its alternate, and combatant commands. This network ties together the combatant commands via primary and secondary circuits to the three controlling stations (NMCC, alternate NMCC, and USSTRATCOM). It is the intent of the Government to lease the connectivity and equipment from AT&T Corporation via Communication Service Authorizations against a Basic Agreement. The Government does not own any data pertaining to the design, integration, or operation of this network. This announcement is for information purposes only. Please note: DITCO will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. If you believe your business to be capable of satisfying the above requirement, please submit the below information to the points of contact listed within this notice. a. Company Information.
