- Headlight 6220-01-575-9838 DSCC is soliciting for an indefinite quantity type contract for a one year base and four options years. The estimated annual demand value for this solicitation is $984,480.00. The estimated 5 year value (including options) is $4,922,400.00. The contract maximum value is $4,922,400.00. The anticipated contract period will be for 1 base year period and 4 one year option periods which can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total duration for any resultant purchase order shall not exceed 5 years (1 base plus 4 option years). Quantity (including option quantity): 4688 Unit of Issue: Each Delivery Schedule: 1172 quantity in 120 days and 586 quantity each 30 days thereafter. The Government does not possess the drawings, specifications or data required to manufacture this item. The Government is procuring this item in accordance with the manufacturer's part number. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and the evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be available on DIBBS at https//www.dibbs.dla.mil. This acquisition will be procured using FAR 12 procedures. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued on 12-21-11. Unrestricted Acquisition
