- The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) has a requirement to acquire folding fiberglass mat (54’x60’) rapid runway repair kits including all the necessary support hardware kits. The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) has a requirement to acquire folding fiberglass mat (54'x60') rapid runway repair kits including all the necessary support hardware kits. This will be 100% small business set-aside. This action will be conducted in the country of Taiwan. The government intends to make a single award to the offeror that represents the lowest price technically acceptable.
