- Description
- Help bring a presidential half marathon event to our military stationed at Al Dhafra. Events like this bring American traditions to our military serving in harm's way. They give our men and women something to look forward to and break the monotony of the daily routine and stress of serving in a combat zone. This 25 February 2012 event is open to US and coalition forces. Participation is expected to be 500. 500 t-shirts, 200 towels, and one event banner are some of the items needed for this event. Sponsorship recognition can include company logo on the event t-shirt, company logo on banners and mention on all advertisements. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the US Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds.
