- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VAMC, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Duke University, 905 W Main Street, Durham, NC 27701 for services to implement innovative changes in mental healthcare delivery in the areas of access, coordination and veteran centered care designed and tested under contract VA246-P-0553. This is the 3rd and final phase of the Mental Health Access and Coordination Initiative (MH-ACI). This phase will complete Learning Session 4 which will conclude project efforts of the Clinical Team and MH-ACI Veteran Team; produce an executive summary and full written report of analyses and improvements developed throughout the entire project; finalize the educational materials and manuals developed during the course of the project; and design, build and test a 'roadmap to mental health services' tool. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i)), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NAICS Code 541611/$7 million. Responses received by 3:00 pm est on 12/09/2011 will be considered by the Government.
