- This action is to add four different Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) applicable to the AN/ALR-56M Advanced Radar Warning Receiver to DLA umbrella contract SPM400-06-D-9405. CCA information: NSN 5998-01-381-1856EW P/N 333325-002; NSN 5998-01-381-3239EW P/N 333250-002; NSN 5998-01-439-3605EW P/N 333256-002; NSN 5998-01-439-5119EW P/N 333618-002. This acquisition will include pricing for four years for quantity ranges 1- 50 each for each NSN for each year. The delivery is 12 months after receipt of an order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE, Totowa NJ, CAGE 81413, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
