Description
Solicitation number is SPM4A6-12-R-0299. Purchase Request, 0042740196, NSN 5365-01-172-3587, Shim, Retention Plate, Tail Rotor. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. Non-Commercial and is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Approved source of supply is Sample Machining, Cage 0B5V5, Part Number: 70102-11110-041 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286, Part Number: 70102-11110-041. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract. This procurement is for stock to W62G2T Tracy, CA and W25G1U, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, PA. Quantity is 9,000 each. The Requested delivery is 157 days ARO to include Government First Article Testing. 60 Days to submit FAT, 30 Days for Government evaluation, and 67 Days for production after FAT approval. Contractor's that have supplied this item in the last three (3) years are eligible for First Article Waiver upon Product Specialist approval. This item also requires higher-level test requirement, Configuration Control, Export Control, and Production Lot Testing.
