- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Government anticipates entering into a Firm Fixed Price contract for a quantity of 18 Target Sight Sensor (TSS) systems. The TSS, also referred to as the AN/AAQ-30 Targeting Guidance Sets, shall be used on the U.S. Marine Corps AH-1Z SUPER COBRA Helicopter. The FOB point for all items shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance of the items shall be at source. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand lake Road, MP 051, Orlando, FL 32819-8907, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . The Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database, located at www.ccr.gov. The applicable NAICS classification is 334511. Interested parties may submit inquiries by sending an email to lorna.tribby@navy.mil. The solicitation will be available on or about 18 Nov 2011. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. and will close on or about 19 Dec 2011.
