- The Bemidji Area Indian Health Service intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following: Hardware and Software Service Agreement Coverage, period of performance one (1) year. 12/08/2011 - 12/07/2012 Bemidji Area Indian Health Service intends to award this contract to: FUJIFILM MEDICAL SYSTEMS U.S.A, INC 419 WEST AVE STAMFORD, CT 06902-6300 DUNS: 041767039 AMOUNT: $26,930.00 The proposed contract action is for a service agreement in the Medical Imaging Department at the Red Lake Hospital, Red Lake Minnesota. The service provides hardware, preventative maintenance and repair as well as software upgrades and technical assistance for the following pieces of equipment: 1. Fuji Medical Smart CR 2. Fuji Medical IIP 3. Fuji Medical DriPix 3000 Thermal printer -Server -RAID -VIDAR -VIDAR WS -CD Burner -Software License -Server -LTO Library FUJIFILM Medical Systems is stated to be the sole provider for Synapse PACS (Picture, Archiving and Communication Systems) and all Synapse PACS software products. This includes service and technical support for all Synapse software products during any warranty and post warranty time frame. Prospective vendors may submit a notice of interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action upon receipt of any responses shall be within the sole discretion of the Government.
