- Description
- Defense Logistics Agency - Energy anticipates issuing an RFP within the next 30 to 60 days for Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Aviation and Ground Fuel Bulk Storage Services at Eielson AB, Alaska. Services include providing all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and other items and services as required on behalf of DLA-Energy in support of the Department of Air Force fuel storage facilities. The Contractor's responsibility under the resulting contract will be to operate and maintain bulk storage facilities to ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, transfer, and issue of petroleum products under its control. The contractor will not be required to perform alongside aircraft refueling, truck deliveries, handling cryogenics, operating automated service stations, or other unrelated tasks not specified in the Performance Work Statement. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures will be used to evaluate offers. The expected period of performance is 1 August 13 through 1 August 18. A preproposal conference and site visit will be conducted for this requirement. Registration requirements, location, date and time of the conference will be included in the RFP. This acquisition will be set aside for small business; NAICS: 493190; Size Standard - $25.5M.
