- *THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE* On December 12, 2011 the FBI intends to release a solicitation to create a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for E-85 liquid fuel for one base year and four option years. The fuel is for the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services complex located in Clarksburg, WV. Any and all fuel delivery orders made under this contract shall be delivered to Clarksburg, WV. This requirement is a small business set aside. If a small business is interested in obtaining the solicitation they may request so in writing to Richard Casagrand, Contract Specialist at Richard.Casagrand@ic.FBI.gov. On December 12, 2011 the solicitation is intended to be released, at which point it shall be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website. Any small business may view and submit a quote at that point; advance notice is not required.
