- Armored Car Services: Provide armored car services at the Fort Lee, VA and Yuma MCAS, AZ Commissaries. The Period of Performance is February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about December 12, 2011 with a tentative closing date of December 28, 2011. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561613 and the business size standard is $12.5 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fbo.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential quoters must use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ must be submitted through the FedBizOps electronic Bid Response process. Any quote submitted by other than the FedBizOps electronic Bid Response process will be rejected without further consideration. Quotes must be submitted by the date and time specified in the solicitation. By submitting a quote, the quoter acknowledges that they will be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award of any contract or purchase order.
