- Amendment 0002, Extend proposal due date to 7 Dec 11 at 12:00PM and change set-aside from emerging small business to small business. Non-personal Service: This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The contractor shall provide personnel, and equipment necessary to complete the specifications noted in the solicitation package. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 811310 with size standard of $7M. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for women owned small businesses(WOSB); offerors must identify themselves as being a WOSB. If there is no offer received from a WOSB concern, the set-aside for WOSB may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders.You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration). In order to submit an offer, return this request for quote no later than 12:00PM Wednesday, 7 December 2011.
