- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number A12PS00230 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The complete text of any provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at http;//farsite.hill.af.mil. The solicitation is a 100 percent set aside for small business under NAICS code 454312. PROVIDE Propane for Bureau of Indian Education facilities located in Kayenta, AZ. The agency will require approximately 17,200 gallons of propane during the period of performance. Delivery will be made on an "As Needed" basis from December 19, 2011 to September 30, 2012. Orders will be requested by the business manager when tank readings indicate a delivery is needed.
