- The purpose of this announcement is to - Provide the Draft JLCCTC RFP for industry review and comment - To invite potential Prime offerors to participate in one-on-one sessions to answer questions and to discuss the Draft RFP One-On-One Sessions: The Government invites potential Prime offerors to participate in one-hour one-on-one sessions to answer questions and to discuss the Draft RFP. Provide your intent to participate in a one-on-one session and "the names of participants" via email to the POC listed below no later than 1400, 12 December 2011. One-on-one sessions will occur either 15 or 16 December 2011 at the PEO STRI Campus in Orlando, FL. Conference room location and times will be provided upon receipt of the the offeror intent notice and list of attendees. One-on-one participants shall submit their draft questions and discussion topics via email to the POC below no later than 1300, 13 December 2011. Final Draft RFP Questions: Offerors shall submit their Draft RFP questions to the POC listed below no later than 1400, 21 December 2011. Final questions will be answered and posted to FedBizOpps. If Offerors would like a copy of Attachment 7 or 8, please contact the POC above for delivery.
