- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN(s) for various end items. The major FSC(s) of this requirement is 2520. A Large Purchase Contract is anticipated. The Small Business Size Standard is 750. The Solicitation will be unrestricted, with other than full & open competition applies. The Solicitation will be available on app. December 21, 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on RFP. FOB Destinatiion is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.
