This is a 1Q item, and the DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have a technical package available for this NSN. This item is manufactured to a "Part Number Item". Approved Sources: NTN BEARING CORPORATION OF AMERICA (0LTL1) P/N L305649; RBC BEARINGS INCORPORATED (51588) P/N L305649; THE TIMKEN CORPORATION (60038) P/N L305649. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. Packaging - MIL-DTL-197K applies. The QCC Code is FCA. This is not a CSI item per DLA Tech 10/18/11. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Requested delivery is 107 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical inspection, critical application, and a Flight Safety part. This part is commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The award from the RFP can only be made for domestically manufactured (USA or Canada) bearing components per DFARS 252.225-7016 (DEC 2010). Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed award for 10,049 pieces of material. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be December 22, 2011.
