- NSN 3120-00-854-4130, Bearing Half, Sleeve. The approved source is Coltech Industries Incorporated, CAGE 82796, P/N 16603841. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 116 days after receipt of order. Critical Application Item. No alternate offers accepted. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 383 each for the base and each option year. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is December 20, 2011. The date is subject to change.
