- Sole Source Justification Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-12-0009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53b. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This source solicitation will result in a sole source award to the University of Montana (UM), for $45,000.00 as the UM is the only source administering the Montana Natural Heritage Program that contains the (TES) Database. The size standard is $7.0 million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 115310.
