- NO SOURCES SOUGHT/NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT WITH ONE SOURCE: CSC Applied Technologies LLC, Vance AFB, Oklahoma intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to AVPOL, 1320 Peabody Avenue, Memphis TN 38104, for a Medical Records Technician. The current technician employed by AVPOL has worked in this position for over one year and is fully trained and maintains an excellent working relationship with the military personnel on base. Since she is employed by AVPOL they are the only company that can provide continuity of employment for this position. This is not a request for competitive proposals or solicitations, a determination by CSC Applied Technologies not to complete this proposed purchase is within the discretion of the government.
