- Paving requirements for maintenance, repair, and new work on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Alaska. Work areas include but are not limited to: all road pavements including parking lots, driveways, bike paths, golf cart paths, and the like; all airfield pavements including taxiways, runways, aprons, airfield roads, hangar floors and the like. The work items include but are not limited to asphalt and concrete paving, crack sealing, joint sealing, spall repairs, pothole repairs, replace curbs and gutters, replace sidewalks, pavement markings, base course and subbase work, excavation, electrical support, landscaping and others. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The performance period is 119 calendar days. The solicitation closing date is 12 Oct 11 at 3:00 pm Alaska Standard Time. The sole source 8(a) package will be available only through Electronic Postin System (EPS or Fed BizOpps). This will be a 8(a) set aside sole source with NAICS code 237310. The size standard is 33.5 million.
