- Description
- The W.G. Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC is seeking the services of a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that will completely prepare site for building operations, furnish labor, materials, and perform work for the BUILDING 7 WINDOW REPLACEMENT PROJECT as required by drawings and specifications. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. All work shall be completed within 18012 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection, punch-list, and clean-up. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on/about 20 December 2011. The date for bid opening will be on/about 23 January 2012. A pre-proposal/walk-through will be held on or about 10 January 2012. These dates are estimates. The actual dates will be stated in the solicitation. The deadline for receipt of questions is ten days prior to the bid opening.
