- Solicitation and supporting documents will be posted on or about the 22 December 2011. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy-ICO has a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Small Business concern set-aside requirement for a Job Order Contract (hereinafter JOC) requiring multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair and minor construction work. The unit price book to be utilized for this JOC is the RS Means. It is possible that a task order may involve any work itemized within the price book. This JOC will support the Fort McCoy, WI installation. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. The performance period under this JOC will be a base plus four option years. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business size standard of $33,500,000.00. All responsible and responsive SDVO Small Business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. The Request for Proposals will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 22 December 2011 and proposals will be due on or about 23 January 2012. See solicitation for verification and further details. A site visit is tentatively set up for 5 January 2012 at 10:00 am (see solicitation for verification). The magnitude of this project is More than $10,000,000.00.
