- DOD Tobyhanna has a requirement for a quantity of 4 Advanced Tactical Agile Communications test sets. This requirement is restricted to sole source to DME Corporation Orlando, FL 32826. (ATACTS 3000-A) is an automated, bench-top member of Astronics DME's next-generation ATACTS Family of Advanced Tactical Agile Communications test solutions designed for 3rd and 4th line testing. The ATACTS-A is a Pentium IV Processor based digitally synthesized test platform that combines a both a manual test instrument capability and a fully automatic capability. The manual or stand-alone capability provides 18 different test and measurement instruments/meters into a single, ruggedized unit. ATACTS-A is a software-driven synthetic radio test solution capable of testing a multitude of radios. In addition there will be a requirement for 4 ATS-TPS-174 Cable Assemblies and 4 ATS-TPS-055 Cable Assemblies. Point of contact is Raymond J.
