- Please watch for solication coming out later today. This contract is incrementally funded due to the current CRA. The intent of this contract is to be for 1 calendar year for each of the below listed UTA weekends. I do want to make everyone aware that there may be a remodel that may terminate the contract early. HIGHLY ENCOURAGED SITE VISIT DECEMBER 14 2011 AT 130 PM AT THE DINING FACILITY ON BASE PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH WHO WILL BE COMING AND BETTER DIRECTIONS. I MUST HAVE NAMES, DATE OF BIRTHS AND LISCENCE NUMBER BY DECEMBER 12 OF WHO WISHES TO ATTEND.
