- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) VAPS Designer Maintenance, P/N 303-04-012-001-641-01, Qty 2; 2) VAPS Developer Maintenance, P/N 303-04-012-002-641-01, Qty 1; 3) VAPS Rehost Maintenance, P/N 311-04-012-003-641-01, Qty 10. This requirement is sole sourced to Presagis USA Inc., 1301 W President George Bush Ste 120, Richardson, TX, 75080-1137, as the only vendor able to provide this capability based on having proprietary data rights. Any firms believing that they can provide the software maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the software without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
