- RFP SPM4A6-11-R-0343 HAS BEEN REPLACED BY RFP SPM4A6-12-R-0344 TO SATIFY THE CHANGE OVER FROM THE 2011 TO 2012 BUDGET YEAR. NSN 3110-01-382-1499, Bearing, Ball, Annular. Purchase Request Number PR 0042741420. This is a 1B source control item, and the DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have a technical package available for this NSN. This item is manufactured to a "Drawing" and to a "Part Number Item". Approved Sources: SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE: 78286, DRAWING: SB1111 REV W P/N: SB1111-106, TIMKEN AEROSPACE & SUPER PRECISION (78118) P/N SB1111-106. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Packaging - MIL-DTL-197K applies. The QCC Code is FEP, and a COQC is required. Government Product Verification Testing applies. This is a CSI item per SAP on 10/03/11. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Requested delivery is 311 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical inspection, critical application, Critical Safety Item, and a Flight Safety part. This part is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. This is an Export Control part, and the award from the RFP can only be made for domestically manufactured (USA or Canada) bearing components per DFARS 252.225-7016 (DEC 2010). Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed award for 2,400 pieces of material. IAW FAR 15.403-4, Cost and Price Data is required. IAW FAR 19.705-2, a subcontracting plan is required. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be December 7, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
