- BSM PR 0043000817. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following: NSN 1560-01-233-8318, Extend, Assy, LH, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation(CAGE 78286) part number 70308-03611-041. The requested quantity will be 27 units with a 100% quantity option. This procurment is set-aside for Hubzone small businesses. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection and Acceptance is required. Requested delivery is 270 days ARO or best possible for the production units. (90 for FAT, 30 for report evaluation, 30 for Fit testing, 45 for evaluation, 75 for manufacture and delivery of final production lot) Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Full and Open competition after exclusion of sources applies. This is a Critical Application item. First Article - Contractor applies. Government Fit Testing applies. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is December 21, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about January 20, 2012.
