- Notice of Contract Action The objective of this BAA is to perform on-site at AFRL/RZP: analyses, development, experimentation and reporting. Included in this objective are a need to develop, evaluate and report on theoretical science, mature basic technologies, develop and assess Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) simulation, develop materials science as they relate to Energy, Power and Thermal (EPT) Technologies, evolve energy storage, assess the impact of advanced power components, and thermal management technologies to meet the needs of AFRL/RZP.
