- Sample Addenda THIS REQUIRED HIGH PRIORITY POSTING WILL CLOSE AT 4PM EST 08DEC2011. AIRCRAFT COMPONENT(s) / INTENT TO AWARD TO ONLY KNOWN DOMESTIC SOURCE FOR NEW EQUIPMENT: POSTING NUMBER HSCG38-12-Q-010032 IS ASSIGNED FOR TRACKING PURPOSES ONLY. USCG ALC MRS intends to award to the OEM's Sole Domestic Supply Source, using simplified acquisitions, a purchase order for the procurement of 2 each HC144 FAN, AVIONIC + RACK, P/N 00001119AMDT-B as indicated in non-specific aircraft system categories, with sample terms and conditions attached, in USCG-ALC-MRS-BAA-FY12 as posted on FBO.GOV. Vendors wishing to submit a quote, who have these items as unopened OEM Packaged New Equipment, are encouraged to submit their quote to Terence.L.Blucker@uscg.mil via email prior to the aforementioned closing date. Respondents must reference the above posting number in the subject line of their email. The current status of the material for this procurement is at a 'Stock Level Critical Status'. This time critical notice will close at date and time shown above with award anticipated shortly thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if received prior to the closing date and time, must be considered by the agency. This award is anticipated to be in excess of $15K but is not expected to exceed $25K.
