- Requst for SPQ not to exceed 12 months for FSC 8040 Adhesive GSA, FAS, intends to establish a "not to exceed" one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number 8040-01-009-1562. The SPQ period will be 12/12/2011 (or date of award) through 12/12/2012 (or one year from the start date). Quotes for this SPQ are to be for both FOB Destination for GSA Depots, and FOB Origin for possible Direct Delivery Orders, with a requested 30 day delivery.
