- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Kandahar Regional Contracting Center anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) within the next 20 to 60 days for Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Radio Broadcast Services at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation and operations necessary to provide Radio Broadcast services in accordance with the attached Performance Statement of Work (PWS) at the Regional Radio Center (RRC) located on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Broadcasts will be made throughout the entire Regional Command - South (RC(S)), Area of Responsibility (AOR). Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures will be used to evaluate offers. The expected period of performance is 20 February 2012 through 19 February 2013. No offers are being accepted at this time, this presolicitation notice is posted to allow industry an opportunity to review the PWS and begin formulating their basis of proposal. Dates and instructions for submitting offers will be provided with the RFP.
