- Justification and Approval The US Expeditionary Contract Command Europe, 409th CSB, Regional Contracting Office Stuttgart intends to award a sole source contract to Flughafen Stuttgart, Postfach 230461, 70624 Stuttgart, Germany, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). The requirement is for snow and ice removal at the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Stuttgart Army Airfield in Stuttgart, Germany. This contract is to remove snow and ice. The period of performance for the contract is 24 Nov 2011 through 30 April 2012. The approved Justification and Approval (J&A) document is now posted.
