- SOLICITATION: SPM4A6-12-R-0184; NSN 5855-01-542-7865; PR: IQC11278009048; ITEM: Weight, Counter Balance; IAW Aviation Specialties Unlimited, Inc. (CAGE 1MFX9), part number 268465CW. This DLA direct procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 1,889 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 1,889 each. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis (Other Than Full and Open Competition). Required delivery is 61 days After Date of Order. FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
