- RFI for TSA Information Technology Test Support The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) Program Participants for the purpose of conducting market research. Respondents to this RFI should provide capability statements as qualified prospective vendors capable of providing the services that support the objectives identified in the RFI. The TSA OIT is conducting this RFI to determine sources with core competencies and demonstrated experience in developmental and operational test and evaluation (DOT&E) for the Transportation Threat Assessment and Credentialing (TTAC) Infrastructure Modernization (TIM) program which will consolidate business drivers/processes and implement an integrated and flexible system within a Service Oriented Architecture framework which will provide state-of-the-art vetting and credentialing services. The area of focus is testing, evaluating, and documentation of IT systems in developmental and operational testing environments. Test and Evaluation (T&E) support is comprised of conducting and observing tests, developing and reviewing test plans and test related documentation, analyzing the validity and integrity of test plans and test results, and support Government staff in the development of test assessment and evaluation reports. Support will be required at three geographically separate locations. They are: TSA Headquarters located at 701South 12th Street, Arlington, Virginia; DHS Enterprise Data Center, Clarksville, Virginia; and TIM integration vendor facility (location TBD).
