- Please note that answers to questions regarding this draft RFP will be answered and posted on FedBizOps. Industry questions, comments, and recommendations are encouraged and will be considered in the development of the FINAL RFP. The Classified Annex A to the PSpec is available upon request. In order to be granted access, contractors must have a SECRET facility clearance and the ability to store SECRET material. Clearance information will be verifed by the Government. The posted DRAFT RFP reflects the intended solicitation number, H92222-12-R-0003. When the formal RFP is released, it will be released under H92222-12-R-0003 and all vendors will be required to request explicit access under the new solicitation number.
