- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Amendment 0001: To: The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as full and open competition with the application of FAR 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. From: The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as full and open competition. Original: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a 5 year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), supply contract. Ruggedized, MIL - STD- 810G: Method 514.6 Vibration, Method 516.6 Shock or Equivalent, MIL-STD 810G: Method 507.5 or Equivalent, MIL-STD 461/462D CE102 EMC or Equivalent, Conduction Cooled Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS). It is anticipated that salient characteristics will be provided with the solicitation. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as full and open competition. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR). One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Acts. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Quoter ™s prior to submitting a quote carefully review ALL sections. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on-Submit Bid-does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format.
